Legal Notice

This Legal Notice (“Notice”) is issued by Xeno Digital (“the Agency”), having its principal place of business at [Dawson Drive, Felixstowe, Suffolk], in relation to the services provided to content creators (“Creators”) through the OnlyFans platform and any associated platforms.

1. Scope of Services

Xeno Digital provides management, marketing, branding, and administrative support services to Creators. These services may include, but are not limited to, content scheduling, fan interaction management, promotional activities, and earnings optimization strategies.

2. Independent Contractor Status

Creators are independent contractors and not employees, partners, or agents of Xeno Digital. Each Creator retains full creative control over their content and is responsible for complying with OnlyFans’ terms of service, community guidelines, and all applicable laws.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including but not limited to photographs, videos, written content, and branding material, remains the sole property of the Creator unless otherwise agreed in writing. Xeno Digital may use such materials for marketing and promotional purposes only with the Creator’s explicit consent.

4. Confidentiality

Xeno Digital acknowledges and agrees to keep all personal, financial, and business information of the Creator confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or expressly authorized by the Creator.

5. Fees and Payment

Xeno Digital’s compensation structure is outlined in individual service agreements entered into with each Creator. Any and all fees are subject to the terms agreed upon in these service agreements.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate their service agreement at any time in accordance with the terms outlined in their respective contract. Upon termination, Xeno Digital shall promptly cease all representation and remove any Creator-related material from its promotional outlets.

7. No Guarantee of Results

While Xeno Digital strives to maximize the Creator’s success, it does not and cannot guarantee specific financial results or growth metrics.

8. Legal Compliance

Both Xeno Digital and the Creators are individually responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws, including but not limited to, age verification, content restrictions, tax obligations, and employment regulations.

9. Amendments

Xeno Digital reserves the right to amend this Notice as necessary to comply with changes in law or best business practices.
